Savannah and I took my Mom and Dad to the New River Trail...it is just fun easy riding up there.

Savannah enjoyed the New River trail so much we went back the next weekend and took, Darrell, Tim, Windy, Zachary and Tyler.

those are just some of the ride highlights lately, I was fortunate enough to ride 5 times last week and the summer has been a great one for riding in general.

Friday the 7th of August is the local downtown crit in Statesville as part of the Crossroads Cycling Classic so if you come out to watch(which you should!!) come by the shop, say hey and get a free icee pop while we still have them

Summer

not a whole lot to update on the FFB front. The shop is busy and we are riding at least three times a week and squeezing as many more as we can all the time. Come by and say hey and definitely come by and ride. I have been trying out a few new items on my mountain bike which I hope to go into more detail soon so we will yell back to you then.

Today, Darrell and I were going to go down to the White Water Center but due to bad looking clouds on the drive down we detoured to Fisher Farm in Davidson for a few laps.

There are some neat things out there like this in a dip.
