Tuesday night Mountain Bike Ride

Went to Lake Norman last night for the ride. Good turn out and even one trail gnome out there with a flat blade shovel fixing some soft spots(thanks Tom!)Not too many pic but I did get one of Sean after he fell off the tree at the top of the hill on Mombo. I think Sean felt bad for me since I had fallen earlier on the Hick Creek loop(in the climbing part none the less). Still a little sore this morning with a nice raspberry on the left thigh. It was my first night out on my new Bontrager XR-1 tires. Those puppies are very very fast. If you are looking for a fast summer time come in and take a look at them.

I just always seem to forget to take pictures out there but the dang place is so fast we never really stop, guess there could be worse things in life. Come ride with us this Thursday @6:15 in the parking lot!

Saturday Morning Road Ride

I had planned this ride weeks ago but we had a train track accident and ended up doing something different due to time so I finally got around to doing this one. I have always liked this route just needed the temp to be down a few degrees... Milk is a bad choice today.

Fisher Farm Summer Series race tonight postponed

Wednesday, June 17 - Fisher Farm - RACE POSTPONED
I spoke to Mark this morning when he was on the trails at Fisher Farm. They received close to two inches of rain at the park last night and it was raining hard again this morning. Based on the radar, its looks like more rain is on the way right now. That place will be an absolute mess today if we tried to race.

In order to get trail info and race status for the Summer Series out quickly, we have set up an account on Twitter. This will give us the ability to post updated info from the trail.

what a great morning for a ride, I had previously mapped two versions of this route last night but ended up doing it even a little more different, this is the map of what we actually did, you can go into my profile and see the other two with the same name but different mileage.

Saturday Morning Ride

Another road ride in the books, we had a group of six which was great considering that today is also the Murray's Mill ride which is a very big local road ride, even Jeff was able to grace us with his presence. Fun route that i just never think to do as much for some reason.
